I help people reclaim authority over their bodies, their desires, and their lives.
I’m a somatic sex educator, certified sexological bodyworker, STREAM practitioner, and intimacy coach. I work with individuals, couples, and professionals navigating pain, pleasure, desire, transitions, and power dynamics.
What I bring to this work:
- A decade of somatic training: sexological bodywork, STREAM, nervous system regulation, breathwork, trauma-informed practice
- Military and intelligence background : I know how to stay regulated under pressure, read what's unspoken, and understand what motivates people
- Professional dominatrix experience : which taught me more about boundaries, consent, and embodied authority than any certification ever did
How I work:
I’m direct, but warm. I don’t shame, and nothing is too taboo. I’m not going to tell you to “communicate more” or always speak to you in soft therapist voice. I’ll tell you the truth and hold you to your capacity, not always your comfort zone.
My work is body-based, science-backed, and informed by experience most practitioners don’t have.
The personal stuff:
Mother of two. Married 20 years. Monogam-ish. I read a lot, sometimes talk too fast, and believe pleasure is a birthright, not a reward.
