Hi, I’m Sylvie, a somatic sex educator, certified Sexological Bodyworker, and intimacy coach. 

My passion is helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of their bodies, their hormones, intimacy and sexuality to create lives filled with connection and joy.

With a background in neurobiology and over a decade of training in modalities like somatic sex education, scar tissue remediation, performance hypnosis, herbalism and holistic pelvic care, I bring a unique perspective to healing and growth. My work combines science, mindfulness, and hands-on techniques to guide clients toward greater freedom, confidence, and fulfillment.

What Sets Me Apart

My approach is different. It’s not about ‘fixing’ you; it’s about creating a collaborative space where you can explore your boundaries, desires, and possibilities. The work is client-led, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that pleasure and empowerment go hand in hand.

I work with people on issues ranging from physical pain and shame to boundary setting and exploring taboo fantasies. Every session is tailored to your needs, whether that’s healing from trauma, rediscovering pleasure, or deepening your connection with yourself or a partner.

As a mother, I also understand the complexities of navigating intimacy and connection after childbirth while balancing the demands of parenting. This perspective allows me to bring compassion and practical insight to my work with clients facing similar challenges.
